Best In Wall Art offers Fixed Shipping or the shipping rates on any order will be calculated (including insurance) at checkout and comply with rates within the Continental United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be made available on email request to: bestinwallart@gmail.com
Ground Shipping & Handling Times
The estimated days until delivery, from the date you place your order to the date it's received is set forth below. These times include handling time and the UPS, etc, shipping time, in business days. Please remember to take holidays into account!
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Larger orders, orders with large items, or orders with a large number of multiple units may take up to 5-6 business days to leave our warehouse. The following times are estimates from the day you place your order and your geographical location:
UPS Ground please allow 7-10 Business Days
USPS please allow 7-10 Business Days
FedEx please allow 7-14 Business Days
Minimum Order Requirements
We do NOT have a minimum order requirement. We do charge $10 for ground shipping for orders under $50 to cover our handling costs for small orders.
Returns, Damaged Items & Missing Items
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your products.
To Report a Damaged or Missing Item: Email to: bestinwallart@gmail.com, and include:
- A digital photo of the damage, if possible* (for damaged items)
- Order number
- Item number
- Your preference for a replacement, refund, or store credit
*If sending a digital photo is very inconvenient, we can mail you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Replacement/refund will then be issued after we have received the damaged item.
If you do send photos, keep all packing materials for damaged items just in case we still need them returned. If a return is required, Best In Wall Art will pay return shipping for damaged items.
To Return an Item: If you've simply changed your mind about an item, or you were not satisfied with it for any reason and would like to return it, log into your account and go to the order details screen of the appropriate order. Click the "Return Item(s)" link on the right, and submit the information on the screen. You will receive an email response with return instructions and an RA number. You are responsible for return shipping in this case, and we do not refund the original shipping cost. Items must be RECEIVED within 30 days, or less, of receipt of your order.
All items must be returned in its original factory packaging and include everything that was originally received with the item. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. To return an item, a carrier such as UPS, USPS Priority, or FedEx is recommended.
If an item is returned without any advance notice, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
We do not reimburse for Amazon return labels, even if the item is damaged or defective.
Follow the procedure outlined above for damaged/defective items, and in most cases, a return is not required.
Canceled Orders/Refused Shipments
If you've already submitted your order and then realize you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and keep it from shipping out, however we can't guarantee that will be possible.
If the order does ship out, and you do not want the items, you can refuse the shipment with UPS. DO NOT open the box(es), and tell the UPS driver you refuse the shipment. UPS will then return the box(es) to us. If you refuse a shipment, be aware that the shipping charged on the order will not be refunded to you, and you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee for the items. In other words, your refund will equal 80% of the price of the items on the order. A refund will be issued when the shipment is received at our warehouse.
Sales Tax Rules
Sales Taxes are calculated and charged in the applicable state, county, city and other local sales tax rates where you are located.
